Areas we cover
We are building our delivery routes out from central London. Send us your postcode and we will confirm whether we can reach you and on which day — and collection from the trade counter is available to every account in the meantime.
Collection
Place the order online and we will have it picked and waiting at the trade counter. No minimum order applies to collection.

- Monday – Friday 07:00 – 18:00
- Saturday 08:00 – 16:00

Good to know
Everything is sold by the case
We do not split cases. Some lines carry a minimum of two or more, shown on the product.
Chilled and frozen
Delivered on temperature-controlled runs. Order by the cut-off the day before your route day.
Shortages and substitutions
If a line is short we call you before dispatch. You choose whether to allow substitutions at checkout.
Payment
New accounts start prepay. Credit terms are available once a trading history is established.
Returns
Report damages or shortages within 24 hours of delivery and we will credit or replace.
Licensed lines
Alcohol and tobacco ranges need a licence copy on file before they appear on your account.
